For reservations, modifications and cancellations, please email reservas@playaolid.es Monday through Friday during the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. All requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If this is a gift voucher and you wish to change the date, apply the above.
Registration Procedure:
Check-in will be through the hotel reception desk. Upon check-in, it is necessary to present the confirmation received via email, which can be shown in digital or printed format.
Right of Admission:
Playa Olid reserves the right of admission.
Refund Policy:
Non-refundable rate: no refunds are allowed.
